This guide covers managing your TongFlow account, understanding credits, and choosing the right subscription plan.

Account Basics

Signing In

TongFlow supports multiple sign-in methods:

  • Google Account
  • Email and password

Profile Settings

Access your profile from the user menu (top right):

  • Update display name
  • Change password
  • Manage connected accounts

Credits System

TongFlow uses a credit system for AI operations.

How Credits Work

  • Each AI operation costs credits
  • Credit costs vary by operation complexity
  • Credits are consumed when workflows run

Checking Balance

Your credit balance appears:

  • In the dashboard header
  • Before running workflows
  • In account settings

Recharging Credits

  1. Go to Account β†’ Recharge
  2. Select a credit pack
  3. Complete payment

Subscription Plans

Free

  • Basic access to all features
  • Limited monthly credits
  • 1 GB storage

Pro ($9.99/month)

  • Unlimited basic operations
  • More monthly credits
  • 50 GB storage
  • Priority processing

Team (Contact Us)

  • Multi-user accounts
  • Shared credit pool
  • 500 GB storage
  • API access

Managing Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to Account β†’ Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your plan
  4. Complete payment

Downgrading

Switch to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Account β†’ Subscription
  2. Select the new plan
  3. Changes take effect at billing cycle end

Cancellation

Contact support to cancel your subscription.

Billing

Download invoices from Account β†’ Billing History.

Security

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA for extra security:

  1. Go to Account β†’ Security
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Follow setup instructions

Login History

Review recent logins in Account β†’ Security.

Data & Privacy

Exporting Data

Download your data:

  1. Go to Account β†’ Privacy
  2. Click Export My Data

Deleting Account

To permanently delete your account and all data:

  1. Go to Account β†’ Privacy
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Follow confirmation steps

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
